Nancy Ostrander

Nancy Ostrander joined Tenneco in September 2025 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for shaping a culture that develops talent, accelerates performance, and strengthens the capabilities of our 60,000-member team worldwide.

She earned an MBA in Business Management from Walsh College and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and psychology from Western Michigan University. Nancy is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and a certified facilitator and 360° feedback coach — credentials that underscore her commitment to advancing people, culture, and performance.
