Joshua Laing

Joshua Laing is a highly experienced neurologist and epileptologist, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Epilepsy at Alfred Health and Head of Epilepsy and EEG services at Peninsula Health. With a strong academic foundation, Joshua holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Monash University and an MBBS from The University of Notre Dame Australia. Joshua has held various roles including Clinical Research Fellow at Monash University and Neurology Advanced Trainee at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. Joshua's medical career began with diverse rotations in areas such as cardiology, gastroenterology, and emergency medicine, alongside conducting research on vascular risk factors in rural Botswana.
