Mostafiz Rahman Ph.D.

Mostafiz Rahman PhD, MSc, BPharm is an experienced medical scientist specializing in cell therapies, with a focus on regenerative medicine for burn injuries and cancer treatment. Currently employed by Alfred Health as a Medical Scientist, Mostafiz develops cell therapies under GMP standards and has conducted numerous validations for clinical trials. Previous roles include R&D Scientist at iCamuno Biotherapeutics, where advancements in immune therapies were achieved, and Research Scientist at Alfred Health, where significant contributions to burn treatment models were made. Additionally, Mostafiz gained experience in oncology research at GTx Inc and education within pharmacy at Stamford University Bangladesh and the University of Sydney. An accomplished academic and researcher, Mostafiz's educational background includes a PhD in Respiratory Diseases, an MSc in Pharmacy, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy.
