Patricio Vergara

Patricio Vergara is an experienced professional in employee engagement and organisational development, currently serving as the Employee Insights and Experience Lead at Alfred Health since August 2023. With a strong background that includes roles such as Organizational Development Specialist at Border Express Pty Ltd and Employee Engagement Partner at Wodonga TAFE, Patricio has demonstrated expertise in designing and conducting employee engagement surveys, data analysis, and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. Patricio's previous experience also encompasses research and policy design in various organisations, complemented by a Master's degree in Management (HR) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
