Kevin Mixon is a seasoned composer and arranger with extensive experience in music publishing and education. Since January 2011, Kevin has worked at Kendor Music, and has also contributed to Carl Fischer Music Publishing and Alfred Publishing Co., Inc. since 2007 and 2003, respectively, creating numerous works for band and orchestra. Additionally, Kevin has maintained a freelance career in film and television since 1998, with notable projects such as "Pappyland" and "Mike's Inspiration Station." Kevin's educational background includes degrees in Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Syracuse University, as well as a degree in Education Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. Kevin also served as part of the Fine Arts staff for the Syracuse City School District from 1999 to 2013.
