Antoinette Gress

Antoinette Gress currently serves as the Title IX Coordinator and Director of Community Standards at Alfred State College, where responsibilities include managing compliance and community policies. In addition to this role, Antoinette has experience as Athletic Event Staff, overseeing scorekeeping and event operations for various sports. Previous positions within the college include Assistant Director of Residential Conduct, Area Coordinator, and Residence Hall Director, all focused on fostering positive student experiences while upholding conduct standards. Antoinette also held the role of Treasurer for Late Night Event Staff, managing a substantial budget and coordinating safe social events for students. Prior internship experience includes Ticket Operations and Marketing Coordinator for the Watertown Rapids. Antoinette holds a Master’s Degree in College Student Development from Alfred University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Alfred State College.
