Ian Warwick

Ian Warwick is a highly experienced investment and business professional, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Deepbridge Capital LLP since 2010, where the focus is on bridging the funding gap between entrepreneurial growth companies and investors. As Chairman of AlgaeCytes since 2012, Ian oversees the development of advanced bioactive ingredients for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets. Previous leadership roles include Chairman, President, and CEO of Aftersoft Group Inc. from 2006 to 2010, where Ian led a successful restructure and NASDAQ listing, and CEO of both Broaden Software Inc. and Corspan Inc. Ian began a career in the Royal Navy, followed by consulting roles in offshore oil exploration and safety, and holds a Dip in Business Administration from Newcastle and a GCGI in Communications from the Royal Navy.
