Gonzalo A. Alfonso is a Digital Transformation, Innovation & Product Manager at Algar Tech. Gonzalo has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions during their career. In their previous role as Director General of Systems at ANDI, they were responsible for defining policies and processes for TIC operations at a national level, managing TIC suppliers and purchases, managing and ideating information analysis models, providing support to the TI area with outsourcing operations, administering the data network and technological infrastructure, managing NOC/SOC, preserving the good state of the platform, and coordinating the Help Desk group (Outsourcing). Prior to that, they were Manager General and Legal Representative at SOFTLINE S.A. for 7 years and 11 months and Director of the Customer Service Department at Colombiana de Software Ltda./Trebol Software S.A. for 5 years and 1 month.

Gonzalo A. Alfonso has an MBA in Digital Business from IEBS Business School, an Engineer's degree in Systems with an emphasis in Software from Universidad Antonio Nariño, and a degree in Computer Analysis and Programming from Tecnologico Universitario CEDESISTEMAS. Gonzalo also has a certification in Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf and Ciberdefensa y ciberseguridad from Ejército Nacional de Colombia.
