Annia Spiliopoulos Eliades has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Annia is currently the Co-Founder and Director on the board of Via Arno, a position they started in October 2021. Annia is also an Exco Member at the Michelangelo Foundation since May 2021. Prior to these roles, they served as the CEO of Shaun Leane from May 2020 onwards. In 2014, Annia founded ALGEAN GROUP where they served as a partner. Before that, they were the owner of Quintessentially Lifestyle for Greece and Cyprus starting from 2007. Additionally, Annia has held leadership positions in companies such as Links of London, de GRISOGONO, Universal Music Group, and Fabergé, where they served as Global CEO, Strategic Advisor, and Global Head of Strategy and Communications, respectively. Prior to their role at Quintessentially Lifestyle, Annia was the CEO of ALGEAN GROUP from 2007 to 2014.

Annia Spiliopoulos Eliades has a diverse education history. Annia first attended Moraitis School, although the duration and details of their studies there are not specified. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 1992 to 1995, where they earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. In 1999, Annia Spiliopoulos Eliades attended Harvard Business School and completed their studies to obtain an MBA degree.
