Chun-Hao Huang

Chun-Hao Huang began their career in 2007 as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica, Taiwan. In 2010, they became a Ph.D. Researcher at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Chun-Hao then moved on to become a Ph.D. Researcher at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in 2011. In 2018, they co-founded and became the CEO of Algen Biotechnologies.

Chun-Hao Huang obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry & Microbiology Double Major from National Taiwan University between 2003 and 2007. Chun-Hao then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cancer Biology & Drug Discovery from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences between 2011 and 2016. In 2016, they were a Google / Genentech Scholar at Singularity University for Artificial Intelligence & Entrepreneurship. In 2017, they were a winner of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Talent program at UNLEASH - Innovation Lab for SDGs. Finally, they were an AACR Basic Cancer Research Fellow at University of California, Berkeley from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they also obtained a Google Cloud OnBoard certification from Google Cloud Certified.
