Ivan Styk

Ivan Styk has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Ivan is currently serving as the Vice President - Supply Chain & Retail Services at Alghanim Industries, where they lead a team responsible for various divisions including travel, ship management, freight forwarding, and data science. Ivan is also accountable for logistics and distribution services, 3PL client services, and warehousing & transportation.

Prior to their role at Alghanim Industries, Ivan was the Senior Vice President - Head of Omni-Channel at Central Group, where they led the omni-channel merchandising, operations, and supply chain strategy. Ivan also held the position of Territory Head at Al Rashid Group, where they had full P&L accountability and led a team across various retail concepts, shopping malls, fitness clubs, and distribution centers. Additionally, they served as the Country Manager at Panda Retail Company within the Savola Group, overseeing retail operations, e-commerce, and logistics.

Early in their career, Ivan held multiple executive board positions at Tesco, including Ordering/Distribution Director, Commercial/Supply Chain Director, and Supply Chain/Support Office/Development Director. Ivan was responsible for various aspects of supply chain management, business processes, and retail operations in multiple countries.

Ivan has a wealth of experience in driving growth, managing P&L, and leading teams in diverse industries.

Ivan Styk received a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave in 1997. Ivan also attended Alliance Manchester Business School in 2005-2006, studying Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they studied Information Technologies at the University of Cyprus in 1997 and Finance at Ghent University in 1996.
