Kevin Martyr Fcipd

Kevin Martyr FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the field of human resources. Kevin started their career in 2000 as a Regional Personnel Manager at Lloyds Pharmacy. Kevin then moved on to Lloydspharmacy as a Resourcing Manager from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Boots The Chemists as an HR Programme Manager. Kevin later joined Alliance Pharmacy as a Resourcing Manager from 2007 to 2008, and then worked at Boots UK Ltd as the UK Professional Resourcing Manager for a short period.

In 2008, Kevin Martyr took on the role of an HR Project Manager at The Sultan Center before transitioning to Kout Food Group as an Assistant Vice President - Human Resources. Kevin was subsequently promoted to the Head of Human Resources at Kout Food Group from 2010 to 2012. Kevin then joined Saudi Tadawi Healthcare Group as an HR Director from 2012 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Kevin Martyr worked at Mawarid Food Company Ltd. as a Business Consultant before joining Alghanim Industries. Kevin has held various positions at Alghanim Industries, including HR Director - GTRC and F&B from 2016 to 2020, HR Director - Consumer and Manufacturing Groups from 2020 to 2021, and their current role as Senior HR Director - Retail, F&B, Distribution, and Customer Engagement since June 2021.

Throughout their career, Kevin Martyr has demonstrated expertise in HR management and has worked in diverse industries such as retail, healthcare, and food production.

Kevin Martyr FCIPD completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management at the University of Portsmouth from 1994 to 1996. In 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching & Development at the same university.
