Hanne Auganes

Hanne Auganes has over 10 years of work experience in quality assurance and management. Hanne currently works at Alginor ASA as the Corporate QA Manager, where they are responsible for implementing quality systems and establishing a Quality Assurance department. Prior to this, Hanne worked at DuPont as a QA/QC Manager, overseeing all QA-related activities at the Haugesund plant, and as a QA Engineer, supporting certification work and conducting audits. Hanne also worked as a Microbiology Specialist at DuPont, where they were responsible for pathogenic bacteria analysis and ensuring hygiene in production areas. In addition, Hanne has experience as a Project Leader for Quality Assurance at Nortura, where they were responsible for accreditation and updating the quality system. Hanne started their career as a Process Operator at Elkem ASA.

Hanne Auganes obtained their M.Sc degree in Biotechnology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2006 to 2011.
