Herman Schultz

Herman Schultz is an experienced process engineer currently working at Alginor ASA since June 2022, focusing on process development and industrialization as part of the EPC team for a new factory in Avaldsnes. Prior to this, from June 2020 to May 2022, Schultz served as Project Purchaser/Project Engineer at UPTIME INTERNATIONAL AS, responsible for procurement processes and ERP system management. Between November 2012 and May 2020, as a Process Technician at AGA AS Norge, Schultz was involved in significant projects including the startup of an ASU plant and the implementation of SAP. Previous roles include Process Operator at Norsk Hydro and startup personnel at Qatalum. Schultz’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and multiple certificates of apprenticeship in process operations and mechanical industry.
