Previously, Idil worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and a Corporate Finance Analyst at Ernst & Young, providing expertise in financial analysis and business development. They hold multiple degrees, including an MSc in Finance from Koç University and a BA in Management from Sabancı University, enhancing their proficiency in strategy and financial operations.
