Shem Mankey has a diverse range of work experience in the automotive industry. Shem started as a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant at Pacific Toyota in 2004 and later became an Assistant Sales Manager. Shem then worked as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant at Stillwell Motor Group and Mercedes-Benz Australia. Shem also served as a New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager at Norris Motor Group and as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager & Valuer at Mercedes-Benz Toowong & Mercedes-Benz Macgregor.

In 2010, Shem joined Dealer Trade Holdings Limited as a Senior State Account Manager on a temporary consulting contract. Shem then transitioned to Clean Fix Mow in 2014, where they were the Business Owner & Founder, providing property maintenance services to the Real Estate Industry. Shem later joined AlgoDriven in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, where they offered advanced technology solutions to the automotive industry.

Throughout their career, Shem has gained expertise in sales, account management, consulting, and business ownership.

Shem Mankey's education history includes several certificates and a degree. In 2003, they obtained a Certificate III in Business Administration from Cairns State High School, studying business administration and management. In 2005, they earned a Certificate III in Automotive Sales from AON Australia. In 2011, they pursued further education and completed a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Swinburne University of Technology. In 2023, Shem obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Applied Design from the University of Tasmania, focusing on design and applied arts.

Additionally, Shem Mankey has a certification as a Licensed Motor Dealer, which they obtained from the Queensland Government in February 2014.
