Kristin Gardner is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and commercial strategy, currently serving as the VP of RevOps at Algolia since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kristin held several leadership positions at Dropbox from February 2016 to May 2024, including Sr Director of Global Commercial Strategy & Operations and Sr Director of CX 1:n, focusing on enhancing customer experiences. Kristin began her career at Accenture as a Senior Manager in Human Capital Strategy, following an early role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Owens Corning.
