Anastasia MacHan

Anastasia Machan is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in counselling, education, and entrepreneurship. As the owner of Second Nature Child, Youth, & Family Therapy since January 2023, Anastasia provides specialized counselling services for children and families. In addition, involvement as a trainer for the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute began in September 2023, facilitating workshops across North America. Concurrent roles include serving as a course facilitator at Homewood Health, an educational assistant with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, and a casual early childhood educator at the Ottawa Catholic School Board. Anastasia also leads Anastasia Marie Wedding and Lifestyle PR, focusing on marketing strategies and brand development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a background in ethnic, cultural minority, gender, and group studies.
