Michael Francis is an experienced professional in the fields of psychotherapy and mental health care. Currently serving as a Professor at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology since September 2023, Michael also works as a Registered Psychotherapist with Resolvve Student Mental Health and Dr. Martine Roberge. With a longstanding commitment to client care, Michael holds the position of Director of Client Care at Main Street Community Services since April 2015, while also having previously served as a Program Coordinator for the City of Ottawa until May 2024. Additional experience includes working as a Child and Family Therapist at Crossroads Children's Mental Health Centre from July 2021 to April 2022. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Carleton University in Child Studies and Psychology.
