Ryan McEachran

Ryan McEachran is an experienced police constable with the Ottawa Police Service, holding various roles since 2008, including a position as a Peer and Reintegration Support Officer and involvement in the Diversity Resource & Relations Unit. Prior to this, Ryan served as a National Security Intervention Officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and has a history of consulting for professional sports teams. Ryan's earlier experience includes significant roles in management and research within community safety partnerships in both the Metropolitan Police and Essex County Council, along with a background in correctional services and the Canadian Forces. Ryan holds a B.SOC.Sc in Criminology from the University of Ottawa and a degree in Crime Mapping & Analysis from the UCL Jill Dando Institute. Additionally, Ryan fulfills the demanding role of a father, navigating various challenges with commitment and humor.
