Shannon Fraser

Shannon Fraser, MSW, RSW, currently serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at The Bess and Moe Greenberg Family Hillel Lodge, where responsibilities include developing a quality improvement portfolio, co-leading Lean Six Sigma implementation, and overseeing various compliance and policy functions. With extensive experience in social work and management, Shannon has held roles in personnel management and operational budgeting, and has provided clinical support to residents and families. Additional teaching experience includes serving as a Course Instructor at Algonquin College, while previous positions span therapy roles and social work in various healthcare settings. Shannon’s academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a range of specialized certifications in addictions and leadership.
