Caoimhe Sears

Caoimhe Sears is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People at Algorand Foundation since January 2023, Caoimhe previously held significant positions at Revolut as Head of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources for Ireland from January 2020 to April 2023. Additional roles include HR Lead for EMEA at Equifax and HR Lead at Storm Technology Ltd. Earlier career experience includes a position in Human Resources and Workplace at the State Solicitors Office from 2009 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Technological University Dublin.
