Marc Heissenbüttel

Marc Heissenbüttel is the current COO at AlgoTrader. Prior to this, they were a co-founder at PAN - Own your privacy from January 2020 to June 2022. Marc was also a member of the board of directors and chairman of the compliance committee at Swisscanto Funds Centre Ltd. from January 2015 to September 2018. From February 2015 to December 2019, they were the managing director and chief of staff of the investment banking and asset management division at Zürcher Kantonalbank. Prior to that, they were the managing director and deputy head corporate development at Zürcher Kantonalbank from September 2010 to December 2014. From May 2007 to September 2010, they were a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. From April 2005 to February 2007, they were an ICT Product Manager & Product Strategist at Swisscom. From August 2001 to June 2005, they were a research assistant ICT at University of Bern.

Marc Heissenbüttel holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a PhD in IT & Telecommunications from the University of Bern, and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bern.
