Muhammad Fayis has been working in various HR and Administration roles within Alhind Group of Companies since May 2013, including their current position as Operations Manager at Alhind Academy since May 2019. muhammad is responsible for HR aspects such as manpower recruitment, performance appraisal, staff training, grievance handling, staff engagement, and motivation. muhammad also focuses on administration aspects such as CSR activities, inter branch administration, and monitoring the overall running of the Coaching and Training wing - The Alhind Academy.
