Iftekhar Ahmad

Iftekhar Ahmad serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Ali Bin Ali Group, a prominent family business in Qatar with diverse operations across multiple sectors, since September 2006. Prior to this role, Iftekhar held several significant positions at British American Tobacco from 1997 to 2006, including Area Finance Manager for the Middle East & North Africa and Group Finance Controller for Turkey. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Management Accountant designation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK, an MBA with a major in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
