Thiago D.

Thiago D. has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to present. Thiago began their career as an intern at Hewlett-Packard and then worked as a Systems Analyst at IBM Global Services, where they were responsible for implementing a global web farm and providing support for internet environments and critical systems. Thiago also worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Banco Santander, where they focused on system performance, capacity, and support for critical mission systems. Thiago then joined EDS as a Consultant/Architect before transitioning to a variety of roles at IBM, including IT Specialist, HR Business Partner, Project Manager/Program Manager, and Agile Coach. At AstraZeneca, Thiago served as a Data Scientist and Tech lead for data engineering and big data. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data Eng and Data Science at Ali Crédito. Additionally, Thiago has experience as a Professor at Universidade Santa Cecília, teaching and researching topics such as statistical models, machine learning, cloud computing, and automation, with a focus on the use of Paraconsistent Annotated Logic in autonomous systems.

Thiago D. completed their education in a variety of fields. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Santa Cecília. In 2017, they attended FIAP to study Big Data Science, specifically data mining and machine learning. In the same year, they also obtained a Specialist degree in TOGAF Foundation, an enterprise architecture framework.

In 2016, Thiago attended FIAP again and completed courses in NoSQL Databases and Big Data with Hadoop and Spark ecosystems. Prior to that, in 2015 and 2016, they studied Amazon DynamoDB and became a Certified DevOps Engineer at Acloud Guru.

Going further back in their education, in 2015, Thiago pursued a program on Real Estate Investments at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained an MBA in Strategic and Economic Project Management from the same institution. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a Specialist degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Business Administration and Management.

Further educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014. In the same year, they also completed a course on Combinatorial Analysis and Probabilities at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

Prior to their time at FGV, Thiago pursued a PEC program on People Management at FGV. Additionally, they completed courses in Web Interfaces in Java and Algorithms in Java at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2013.

Thiago also has certifications outside of their formal education. In 2009, they obtained ITIL V3 certification. In the same year, they became IBM SOA Certified. In 2015, they achieved IBM Certified Infrastructure Systems Architect certification. Additionally, they hold several Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications, including AWS Certified Sysops Administrator Associate, AWS Solution Architect Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Developer Associate.
