Miguel Angel Ramón

Miguel Angel Ramón currently serves as Managing Director of Crem International Spain within the Coffee Division of Ali Group, leading a strategic transformation that resulted in double-digit profitability from prior losses, with a focus on commercial strategy, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Prior to this role, Miguel was the Global Finance Director for Crem Global, overseeing P&L for €80M and driving financial restructuring across multiple regions. With extensive experience in interim executive leadership, Miguel has successfully turned around struggling businesses in various capacities, and has a strong background in corporate development and M&A from tenure at Hero Group.
