Carlos Guerra

Carlos Guerra is a market lead at Alia Services since May 2022, responsible for overseeing regional recruiting operations and collaborating with the Regional Project Coordinator on project execution. Prior to this role, Carlos served as a Regional Project Coordinator, managing appointments for merchandisers and acting as the primary contact throughout project lifecycles. From November 2014 to May 2022, Carlos worked at Sitel Group as an Administrative Supervisor, supporting multiple clients and reconciling timecards for over 1,000 employees.
