Silvia Paz

Silvia Paz is the Founder and Executive Director of Alianza Coachella Valley. Prior to this role, Silvia served as a Director at Building Healthy Communities ECV. Silvia also has experience as a Policy Analyst for the State of California and as a Planning Fellow at Harvard University. Silvia began their career as a Teacher at the Coachella Valley Unified School District. Silvia holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of San Diego.
