Ryan Squelch

Ryan Squelch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the commercial property sector. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of One Avenue Group since March 2013, Ryan has contributed to the company's recognition as an award-winning leader in hospitality-driven property services. In addition, Ryan co-founded Identity Workspace and Iconomy in 2021 and 2024, respectively, both serving as Executive Director. Previously, Ryan spent over a decade at MWB Business Exchange Plc as Commercial Director, overseeing the Commercial Team and managing corporate client partnerships across the UK. Early career experiences include roles at Sign Corp Ltd in sales management, Quadric Ltd as General Manager of the Services Division, and as a Quantity Surveyor at WALTER LLEWELLYN & SONS LIMITED, following foundational training as a Management Trainee. Ryan's academic background includes studies at Hastings College Of Arts and Technology from 1988 to 1993.
