Juan Solórzano Isaacs

Juan Solórzano Isaacs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for ACRIP and the Colegio Anglo Colombiano, Juan also holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at both Alianza Team™ and Team Foods. As the CEO and Founder of VincuVentas, Juan developed a recruitment platform focused on enhancing sales force productivity. Previous roles include leadership positions in companies such as Grupo VILASECA, Belcorp, Quantic Development, and Alpina, where Juan championed talent management, sustainability, and organizational strategy. Juan holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Universidad de La Sabana and completed a business strategy course at the University of Toronto.
