Brady Rau

Brady Rau has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From 1993 to 1995, they worked as a Switching Engineer at Siemens Siemens Stromberg. Afterwards, they joined Cincinnati Bell Telephone, where they held various positions including Specialist, Team Leader - Network Operations, ESAC / Tier II Support Specialist, and Network Architecture Planner. In these roles, they were responsible for network planning, technical support, and driving long-range planning of network infrastructure. Brady then moved to Everstream Solutions in 2017 as a Senior Voice Engineer, where they assisted with long-term planning of the voice network, provided support for voice-related issues, and contributed to product development and service delivery. In 2020, they worked as a Sr Voice Engineer at Summit Broadband, where they assisted with voice network planning and provided escalation support for voice-related issues. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Microsoft as a Technical Delivery Manager, leading a team of professional services consultants and overseeing the installation and testing of communication products. Most recently, they joined Alianza, Inc. in 2023 as the Director of Product Management.

Brady Rau completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology. This educational achievement took place from 1991 to 1993. In addition, Brady obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist Certification Services in February 2014.
