Jay Burgon

Jay Burgon is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in managing and optimizing network infrastructure across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Alianza, Inc. since June 2023, Jay previously held positions at GoTo, Carbonite, and Rise Broadband, where contributions included the redesign of routing policies, improvement of DDoS protection, and implementation of IPv6 addressing. Proficient in a variety of technologies such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS, Jay has worked with prominent network equipment from manufacturers like Juniper and Cisco. A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology was earned at Weber State University, complementing a robust career in networking and data center management.
