Juliana Reinemer

Juliana Reinemer is an experienced Solutions Architect at Alianza, Inc. since March 2021, specializing in delivering technical support and designing solutions tailored to customer needs during the pre-sales and post-sales processes. Previously, Juliana served as a Sales Engineer at CounterPath from November 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included technical demonstrations, trial preparations, and troubleshooting. Prior to that, Juliana worked as a Services Engineer at Nokia from December 2008 to April 2017, focusing on the operation and maintenance of live networks, project coordination, customer training, and technical problem resolution.
