Monica O'Neill

Monica O'Neill is a seasoned professional in product management and network engineering with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Sr. Product Manager at Alianza, Inc. since May 2022, Monica's prior roles include Product Manager at CenturyLink, where employment spanned from 2014 to June 2022, and Senior Manager of Toll Free Translations at Level3 Communications from August 2006 to May 2014. Additionally, Monica held positions as Lead Network Engineer and Technical Support Manager at AT&T/SBC Long Distance and SBC Long Distance respectively. Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePaul University, earned in June 1998.
