Jo Leclère

Jo Leclère is an experienced HR strategist and leader with a strong background in human resources and compliance. Currently serving as VP HR Strategy, Systems and People Analytics at Aliaxis since January 2017, Jo also holds positions as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Aliaxis Deutschland and Board Member at Aliaxis Belgium, both since January 2022. As Managing Partner at LECLERE CONSULTING since 2007, Jo has leveraged previous experience as CHRO at Millicom (Tigo), VP Operations Europe & Global Head of Compliance at NGA Human Resources, and Director HR Advisory at PwC. An educational background includes a Master's Degree in Law and postgraduate degrees in Tax Sciences and Business/Managerial Economics from KU Leuven and Harvard Business School.
