Masoud Daneshpour

Masoud DaneshPour has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Masoud started their career as a Web Developer at Chargoon in 2011, where they negotiated business needs and mentored other engineers. In 2012, they became the CTO at Nedaye Esalat Salamat, overseeing software and hardware automation projects. Masoud launched an automation system that could create, print, and verify 20 million authentication labels per day. Additionally, they managed a budget of $400,000 by developing machine vision software for quality assurance.

In 2014, DaneshPour worked as a Lecturer at Faratar Az Danesh, teaching courses on ASP.NET and web development. Masoud then joined Dapa Co. as a Senior Software Engineer in 2015, collaborating with a team on Iran's online healthcare project. During their time there, they designed a highly available architecture to handle a large amount of healthcare data and developed an infrastructure to persist over 300 million data records per day.

From 2016 to 2018, DaneshPour founded and ran their own company, Tabro. In 2018, they joined KheiliSabz as a Senior Software Engineer until 2019. At AloPeyk - On-demand Delivery for Iran, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer in 2019, where they collaborated with 30 other engineers and implemented new technologies.

In 2020, DaneshPour served as a Software Development Consultant at Baya.ir and later joined PartoBita as a Team Leader, leading the development of a super application with six modules. Masoud implemented ASP.NET Core to handle high request volumes during trade-making.

Currently, DaneshPour is working at Alibaba Travels Co. as the Backend Chapter Lead. In this role, they lead a team of engineers and has been responsible for maintaining and developing B2B solutions for the company. Masoud has successfully reduced hosting costs, improved software stability, and automated tasks to save time in the call center.

Masoud DaneshPour earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Payame Noor University (Distance Education) between 2006 and 2010. Masoud also obtained certifications such as PSM I from Scrum.org in 2018, and is currently pursuing additional certifications including "100 Mentorship Minutes" from adplist.org and "AWS Cloud Technical Essentials" from Coursera, both to be obtained in 2023. Masoud also completed a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) program in Developing Applications on .Net Framework.
