Clément Massé has a diverse background in finance, digital commerce, and brand management, accumulating significant experience across various prominent companies. Starting as a Senior Financial Auditor at Deloitte from 2004 to 2007, Clément then assumed the role of Brand Manager at FIGARET PARIS before serving as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant to the Group CEO at Maison Montagut from 2008 to 2013. Following this, Clément held the position of Brand Director at Groupe Beaumanoir in 2013-2014 and further transitioned to Digital & eCommerce Director at Carrefour from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Clément is the Head of Retail (Commercial & Operations) at Alibaba Group, a role held since 2019. Clément holds a Master’s degree with Distinction from ESCP Europe and a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney.
