Jon Ye

Jon Ye is currently the Head of Global Regional HR at Alibaba. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director for Southeast Asia at Ant Group from November 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Southeast Asia Regional HR team and serving as an HR Business Partner at Ant Financial Group, the affiliate of Alibaba. The group owns China's largest digital payment platform Alipay.

From January 2009 to November 2017, Jon Ye was the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leader at IBM Global Markets. In this role, they were responsible for Functional accountability for IBM Global Markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to their work at IBM, Jon Ye served as Senior Consulting Manager at MRI from January 2007 to January 2009.

Jon Ye's educational career would involve completing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Harbin University of Science and Technology.
