Michaël Raison

Michaël Raison is the CEO and Owner of Mediax Solutions, providing business and management consulting since January 2003. Raison is an Associate at Alice Editions, focusing on growth, risks, IT, and logistics since 2015. In a compliance role at SABCA, Raison manages global compliance across multiple areas, including trade, HSE, privacy, and cybersecurity, while also overseeing corporate governance and crisis management. As Principal Consultant at Approach Belgium, Raison specializes in management, governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity. Previous experience includes leadership positions in compliance and project management across various sectors, including CISO at the Commission des Jeux de Hasard and business transformation roles at Delta Lloyd Life and Deutsche Bank. Raison holds degrees in Computer Science and Business from the University of Liège and Université Catholique de Louvain, respectively, and completed foundational studies in math and science at the Belgian Royal Military Academy.
