Philippe Jermann

Philippe Jermann is the Associate Director at Lynx RH Paris Est since November 2021, specializing in recruitment for IT, engineering, and support functions. Previously, Philippe served as CFO at Accor Arena from February 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included finance department restructuring and culture change, focusing on financial metrics and securing financing solutions. Philippe has an extensive background in finance, having held the position of Finance Director for UK and Northern Europe at Prodigious - Publicis Groupe, managing multiple P&Ls and statutory companies, as well as serving as a Financial Controller within the same organization. Prior experience includes senior consultant roles at Ernst & Young, and internal auditing at PSA Peugeot Citroën. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Finance from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM, and completed an Erasmus exchange in Corporate Finance and International Accounting at the University of Hertfordshire.
