David Watts

David Watts, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital since April 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Human Resources at Simon Pearce, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for a 300-employee company. David's extensive HR experience began at Kendal at Hanover, managing all HR functions for a significant continuing care community. Additional roles include HR Manager at Tele Atlas North America, Recruitment Specialist and Organizational Development Specialist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and Field Representative at the Vermont State Employees Association. David's educational background includes a Master's in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, complemented by ongoing executive education at Wharton.
