Lays Figueiredo Inácio da Silva

Lays Figueiredo Inácio da Silva started their work experience in 2018 as an intern at the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais, where they worked at the Complexo de Laboratórios de Bases Biológicas until 2020. Lays then joined the Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Passos as a Clinical Research Intern in August 2020, and later became a Clinical Research Monitor from March 2022 to April 2022. Currently, they are working at Alice as a Care Coordination Nurse starting from April 2022.

Lays Figueiredo Inácio da Silva completed their education in two phases. First, from 2017 to 2021, they attended the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. After that, in the year 2022, they enrolled at Faculdade Batista de Minas Gerais for a postgraduate course known as "Pós-graduação Lato Sensu" in the field of "Docência e pesquisa para área de saúde" (Teaching and research for the health area).
