Priscila Giacomo Fassini began their education at UNIARA, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition from 2001 to 2004. Priscila then pursued further education at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and completed a Master's degree in Nutrition Science from 2008 to 2010. Priscila later attended Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto (FMRP) da USP, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Nutrition between 2013 and 2016.

In 2013, Priscila also obtained the certification of Specialist in Clinical Nutrition from the Associação Brasileira de Nutrição | Asbran.

Priscila'seducational journey continued at Harvard Medical School, where they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Nutritional Neuroscience from 2018 to 2019.
