Ramon MacHado

Ramon Machado began their work experience in 2014 as a Business Intelligence Intern at Dominus Engenharia. In 2014, they also worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern at Centro de Treinamento Berkeley (oficial).

From 2016 to 2017, Ramon worked as an Operations Performance Analyst at QuintoAndar. Ramon then became a Data Analyst at the same company from 2017 to 2018. Ramon worked across all areas, understanding business problems and providing feedback to the data engineering team. Ramon also worked on projects with various stakeholders, including the CEO and investors, and played a key role in promoting a data-driven culture. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Data Analytics Manager at QuintoAndar, where they built and managed a team, discussed stakeholders' requirements, and facilitated workshops to promote self-service data access.

From 2019 to 2021, Ramon worked as a Data Analytics Manager at will bank. In this role, they managed the Analytics chapter and aligned the analytics structure and projects with other company leaders' strategies.

Currently, Ramon is working as an Analytics Engineering at Alice, a human-centered healthcare organization in Brazil. Their role involves merging primary healthcare functions with a direct-to-consumer health insurer to provide a unique care model.

Ramon Machado completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2010 to 2015.
