Alvaro Rojas

Alvaro Rojas is an accomplished marketing and innovation leader with extensive experience at Alicorp since August 2007, where current roles include Chief Marketing & Chief Innovation Officer and previously held various director positions across financial planning and marketing. Rojas has a proven track record of driving significant brand growth, optimizing pricing strategies to eliminate financial losses, and enhancing brand performance in competitive markets. Additionally, Rojas has held leadership roles in various organizations, including President of the Asociación Nacional de Anunciantes Perú and board member positions with CARE Perú and La Fiduciaria. Rojas holds an MBA from EGADE Business School and completed a program in Strategic Marketing Management at Stanford University.
