Ariana Neyra Saldaña currently serves as Junior Analyst of Talent Development at Alicorp, where responsibilities include designing and implementing tools to enhance leadership and competencies among executives, as well as supporting the development of coaching, mentoring, and team-building initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Talent Development Intern and Performance Management Intern at Alicorp, where Ariana contributed to performance management processes and development tools, ensuring the effective planning of objectives through audits for each VP. Additionally, a tenure as a Human Resources Intern at Teleperformance involved supporting selection processes and overseeing health and safety evaluations.
