Lorena Calderon

Lorena Calderon currently holds the position of HR Director at Alicorp since September 2016, overseeing multiple facets of human resources, including talent management and corporate strategy. Prior to this role, Lorena served as a Commercial & Financial Planning Manager at Laureate International Universities and held various financial planning positions at Kimberly-Clark, Mondelēz International, and Johnson & Johnson Vision. Lorena's extensive experience in financial and commercial planning has been enhanced by participation in significant programs such as the Fenix Program GoLive - S/4HANA and the Cross Border Best Practices Program. Academically, Lorena obtained a Master of Business Administration from PAD Universidad de Piura and a degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
