Rafael Villa is an experienced R&D professional with a strong focus on Personal Care, Oral Care, and Home Care products. Rafael has been with Alicorp since December 2016, progressing from R&D Leader to R&D Manager, where contributions include strengthening product portfolios, supporting claims, and overseeing product development across various personal and oral care items. Prior to Alicorp, Rafael held key roles at Quala S.A. and Colgate-Palmolive, leading product development and cost reduction initiatives in the Home Care sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, and Economics from esteemed universities in Mexico and South Korea.
