Sara Owen

Sara Owen is an experienced professional in asset management and investment sales, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Alidade Capital since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sara spent nearly nine years at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director in Investment Sales, focusing on investment sales in various sectors throughout the Triangle region. Sara's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Asset Manager at ORIX USA Corporation, where management of a portfolio of distressed and defaulted commercial real estate loans was a key responsibility. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from East Tennessee State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
